Shipping & Delivery

All contiguous United States orders placed on www.dz-nuts.com are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) to ensure fast and reliable delivery service.  Most orders ship within 2 business days.  For any questions on delivery please email customerservice@dz-nuts.com.  DZ Laboratories is not responsible for any delays in shipment that are out of our control, i.e. adverse weather delays, third party (UPS) delays and/or errors.  Please notify us at customerservice@dz-nuts.com within 2 business days of delivery of your order with any damage reports and/or errors. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

30 day Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee.  No matter what.  Thirty days gives you plenty of time to test us out—even if you are a first-time chamois cream user—and plenty of time to appreciate the amazing benefits of our products. If it works for Dave, we are pretty damn sure it will work for you.  

However, if anything you purchase from us fails to meet your expectations, simply MAIL back the product with a copy of your shipping invoice within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund or exchange (for all 48 contiguous United States).  Use the same box to save a tree. Be sure your contact info is in there and the reason for your refund/exchange.  It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all shipping costs.

Shipping Damage/Incorrect Order

For any errors in your order fulfillment or damaged items that have been received you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.  If you waited too long, email us anyway.  If it’s our mistake, we will fix it.  Shipping damage is a little more tricky, if you wait too long you might be out of luck.  Shipping companies have strict rules and don’t budge much. We’ll try but no promises.  

 

 

International Orders/Alaska/Hawaii

We strive to give complete satisfaction with every product purchased from us.  However we can only refund products shipped within the contiguous United States.  There is NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for International orders or orders to Alaska or to Hawaii.  We wish we could.  It just costs too much.  All International/Alaska/Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.
